Fun things in the Los Angeles/Santa Ana CA area to do? 10 pts BA!?

What are some fun things to do, places to go shopping, great beaches to go to? There's 3 kids, 11, 13, and 15. What are some things for an entire family to do together? Also: Don't mention too many amusement parks, we've visited all of them before! BTW: 2 week trip.
