I fart like every 5 minutes does that mean I have aids?

My colleagues at work say I might have aids because of the exess wind in my ana l cavity is this possible . my doctor also said that I might be sick because my farts smell like rotten meat that has been laying in the sun for several weeks like a dead cat actually please help
