In pregnancyof 6 month my daughter's left arm all fingers got bent did't unfold felt severe pain .?

Her left leg also got swelling can't walk properly. Blood test ANA,ANTI CCP,HLA B-17,A-ANCA,P-ANCA done all became negetive.URIC ACID 4.1,CRP less than 6,ESR is high 90.During hospital staying one physician said auto immune vasculities. So early operation done for the safety of baby in 36 weeks.Baby is fine now.After child's birth Another physician said there is no evidence of vasculities based on above test results.But still now she can't unfold her fingers felt severe pain as before. Her left leg still experiences swelling with pain can't walk.As per neuro GABAPIN 300 and mithyle cobal100 is taking.Kindly advice
