Ive been taking high doses of dxm daily like 700 mg?

And smoking weed and that herbal spice crap while on dxm because it makes the high better. But my problem is I feel like im dying im overweight but I lost so much due to the coricidin almost daily, and I have this loose fat and I can feel my bones because I dont eat much anymore. Can you guys please give me suggestions on what I should do to help my self wothout getting my parents involved. Im not addicted, but my problem is I suffer from chronic neck and back pain and I do not get medicine for that due to my age. But the dxm takes away all my pain for almost a 24 hour period. Please dont judge me and keep rude comments to,yourself.
