Pro ana girls I need some feedback? ?

Don't eat apples or bananas. Those have certain acids that can damage the gallbladder when little food is eaten. I suggest grapefruit. A grapefruit cut in half is only around 50 calories and they help boost the metabolism. Egg whites are amazing too, They have about 15-17 calories in one large egg and lots of protein to help you be slim. Green Tea helps boost metabolism, drink 2-3 glasses a day. Drink water through out the day. Broccoli, saltines, celery, carrots, and whole grain breads are good for low calorie diets. Stay away from fatty foods: fries, burgers, desserts, anything like that. and Exercise! Don't be too hard on yourself though. I'm 14 and also anorexic. Good Luck!
