What are the names of the slums in Seattle, Washington?

Any areas south of Seattle isn't that nice to live.New Holly,Rainier Beach,Rainier Valley,South Seattle,among many others.there are many low income families living in these areas,and a lot of gangs and drug dealing.however,north,northeast and northwest of Seattle are OK.at least the people living there look decent,not lowlifes as those in the south areas.I love Seattle very much indeed.
