What do I do about a boyfriend who is addicted to online gaming?

He's addicted so much that it's all he does from the time he comes home from work until he goes to bed, ignoring his responsibilities as a parent and a partner. I've tried talking to him but no matter what I say, he insists that his gaming isn't a problem.
