Is unliscensed unuathorized below code bad main ground fire hazzard wiring criminal neglegance/endangerment?

have a slum lord here. 9 tenants complaining. became do gooder. tried to have arrested. didnt work. harrassment,endangerement,hardship.hande… out info to tenants under threat of jail by landlord. still did it anyway. hey is this russia? put myself on line for them. state inspector found violation. proof. pics. is this a jailable offense in arkansas? tenants scared to stand up.not me. is this jailable?want to file charges monday. 6or7houses still stood up. also have small claims suit. but these offenses sound like circuit court.help.want to make this community better for all the poor people. we are talking cheated contracts,threat of eviction,stolen deposits,animal cruelty,epa,raised rent,intimidation,broken gentlemans agreements,tax evasion,threats,harrassment,code violations,colusion and thats all i know. i have spoken to 10 households. all while being harrassed,lied on,and attempted intimidation. the reason he tried to have me arrested is because i handed out information on the state inspectors numbers and legal aid so these poor people can get their stuff fixed. the inspector looked at 4 places only and 3 were in violation. this inspector was electrical state inspector. plumbing on the way. fire marshall on the way. i did this myself and have taken all the heat with little help. no resident has really done anything but me,because they have to live here and i understand their fears. they are justified. this landlord has gotten away with this for 32 years on hundreds of poor people. im poor too,but that doesnt mean that i have to give up my dignity and spine. for legal purposes this all may or not be true. this is only speculation. of course maybe the proper authorities could make it fact. one has been here already.fact!!!! a copy of the code violation in question is on the way to my home in the mail. if lightning struck anywhere near my rv this place would have burned to the ground. what if i was asleep?6or7things mentioned about this place. none repaired. thats a common theme around here. people are choosing right,wrong and fear. this is not about a personal pissing contest its about right and wrong. period. help.
